The folder structure on Win10 and Win11 are the same.
Unless you changed it, documents are stored by default in the "Documents"
folder .....
BUT, you presumably want ALL of your documents folder on the new
computer, so why do just the gnucash ones. And there are other things in
your USER folder you probably want (where do you have pictures, things
you have scanned, things you have downloaded, etc. So why not the entire
user folder (I mean YOUR folder in there)
IF you have been making regular backups, wherever you put those should
have enough room for this, and however you connect to that space should
work for this.
This is less a "how do I move my gnucash data to a new computer" than
"how do I move ALL my user data to a new computer"
