Hello,

I am just starting to use GNU Cash, and of couse, I have a few questions.

Sorry, but your real problem is accounting, not gnucash. In your image, am I correct that you don't know the ACCOUNTS that would be debited and credited? (and again sorry, but I consider the supposedly "user Friendly" column titles can be confusing for those new to bookkeeping)

Almost all folks here doing personal, sole proprietorship, and organizational. bookkeeping. Gnucash can be used for partnerships and corporations, and we can help with the "how to enter" but not the "what to enter". In your example, you are asking about how to record "paid in capital", but how about any not (yet) fully paid in? And the paid in capital, are you concerned with tracking paid in by  whom? (partner and/or shareholder shares)

The manual is NOT going to be of much help with "bookkeeping for a partnership" and "bookkeeping for a corporation" (except when it is just an incorporated sole proprietorship.)
