Hi everyone, I occasionally receive this message, but I can not find its definition anywhere.
I am the only user on this Win10 platform, and if GC is closed, and does not appear in TaskManager, isn't it "closed"? My options are to - Open Read-only; create New file; Open Anyway; Open Folder. 1) what does the error mean? 2) which option should I select? 3) what happens if I select incorrectly? Thanks!
