Just a suggestion: it is much easier to help you when instead of a bare
"can't" or "didn't work" you tell us what you tried and what happened,
especially the text of any error messages.

But before you do that, please try this: Click Start » Run, or press
the Windows logo key and the R key at the same time. In the window,
paste or type this exact text:
        %APPDATA%\GnuCash
That will open the folder you need to work with. Please follow the last
paragraph of Ken Pyzik's instructions.
