The same way as with any other email -- delete everything you _don't_ want to reply to. (Many mail programs offer a nice shortcut: highlight the part you want to reply to with your mouse, before you click the Reply button.) That seems pretty basic, so maybe I'm not understanding your question. If you meant "how to reply to just one person", please don't. Always include the list in your reply. Someone else may have the same issue and benefit from a public thread. Or someone else may have a solution, which you would miss by a one-to-one reply.
