Flavio, As well as those two times, the bill usually includes a statement of transactions from a specific date to another specified date, usually 1st of the month to the last day of the month. When you are reconciling you are making sure your record of the transactions and the banks are in agreement for the period of the statement so the end date of the period covered by the statement is the date reconciled to ..
