After several hours, I got (in the Price Database window):
Price retrieval failed: Failed to parse result returned by Finance::Quote
Error message:
<unspecified file>(1): expected value
Result:
then comes lines and lines of text that exceeds the screen

I have tried to capture that window with
 PrtSc key
 Alt-PrtSc
 Shift PrtSc
but none of them worked. Any suggestions?

I also tried Left mouse and touchpad to try to select text
and that failed.
