Unfortunately the transactions created via Scheduled Transactions are indistinguishable from regular transactions. There's no way to search for them specifically*.
*However you could run a Transaction Report, select all accounts, like start and end dates as "today", and set the General>Date Filter to "date entered" and you should find all transactions entered today, whether scheduled or manual.
