Liz,
Your balance is shown in column J, which is the 10th. My balance is shown
in the 34th column, which is *much* easier to miss. I had never noticed it
before, as it’s so far over, past many far less important things. As
someone else remarked, what one sees in PayPal does change with what
country you are in.

It’s annoying that the sellers names are not shown, as here in the UK it’s
a legal requirement to have that information if one is running a limited
liability company. Also the buyers name, unless one is running a retail
store.

I used to work in Tandy (Radio Shack in the USA). It was company policy to
request the customers name and address so Tandy could send advertising
literature. Stores were expected to get at least X%. Many people objected
to giving this information when they bought a couple of AA batteries. 😂😂
To get the required percentage, we just used to make up random names and
addresses. I remember one person coming in, most annoyed to get a letter
addressed to Mr. *uckme*unt.
