For my bank, I can do two things

1) Get a monthly statement.
2) Download the transaction history as a .cvs (or other format) file.

For PayPal, I can't get a PDF statement like the sort of thing I get from
banks, which have my name at the top, a date, the banks name etc. That's
what I consider a statement - not just a list of transactions in a file.

The issue I have with that CVS file is that the balance is so far over
(34th column), I had never noticed it before. I listed the columns in a
previous post, but will list them again. You must admit, the balance does
not seem in a logical place. I can download the transaction history from my
bank and find the balance in the 5th or so column, not the 34th.
