That line is a link, but the URL of the link is https://bugzilla.gnome.org/show_bug.cgi?id=796484 instead of https://bugzilla.gnome.org/show_bug.cgi?id=796098 A larger issue is that all the links in the 3.2 release notes (well, all the half-dozen I was interested in) seem to point to the old bug database.
