True for Windows, though for flatpak that's subtly different. You explicitly 
choose a specific 
Gnome Runtime to build against in the flatpak manifest. That runtime is 
immutable so that 
build is 100% reproducible. Of course that doesn't mean much if the gnome folks 
force more 
recent runtimes on us every few months and drop older ones...

It doesn't matter really, it's just a curiosity I didn't realize. And we don't 
claim to guarantee 
reproducible builds anyway.
