Hello Mehdi Alidoost, the C implementation looks helpful, so I've copied it over to gnucash into src/core-utils/gnc-jalali.h.
I don't know yet where to use the results of that conversion, though... The first link doesn't really help us - it is written in PyGTK, which we don't use so far anyway.
