I find a simple Persian calendar for linux :

and also c implementation

If I know exactly what implementation you need ( I'm not familiar with linux )  
I can contact to author of above project and ask them for needed implementation.

Maybe. I don't know. Googling for "qt jalali" doesn't immediately turn up an 
existing implementation.
