In that case it should not yet be included in the package, because the way the account templates are organized implies that if there is a translated template, only those translated ones are shown. In your case all users without a finnish non-profit organization :-) wouldn't have any account template to choose from

anymore. Do you think you could translate one additional account template with the basic accounts for a "normal home user"? If yes, the combination of such a "normal home user" template and the non-profit one would be a great addition to the gnucash package.
I translated the "common" hierarchy (see attachment). I also made a couple of changes into it while at it. I left original names into descriptions, as there's still lots of English in the translation (.po) anyway.
Btw, I guess one option would be to just copy some other original hierarchy file just as is into accounts/fi. Although it could be a bit hackish approach.
