This would be the only Finnish one that is presented to the user, but you said it is made specifically for a finnish non-profit organization. In that case it should not yet be included in the package, because the way the account templates are organized implies that if there is a translated template, only those translated ones are shown. In your case all users without a finnish non-profit organization :-) wouldn't have any account template to choose from anymore. Do you think you could translate one additional account template with the basic accounts for a "normal home user"? If yes, the combination of such a "normal home user" template and the non-profit one would be a great addition to the gnucash package. Thanks a lot!
