Ok, I think this my be due to the way the current QIF importer
tries to guess the decimal point character. There is a new QIF
importer in the works that will be much smarter/flexible. This
will hopefully be finished soon.

We've been discussing this under the header 'recurring transactions'.
It's definitely planned, but probably not before 1.5.
