This should fix bug 91. + Fixed C-code QIF importing for x/x' 00 dates (this is an old format for year 2000 dates). + Added new list option type that allows you to select more than one item from a list. Converted the account type and account field options to the list type. This means existing config.auto files will not correctly set those options the first type you run with this change.
