It works great now.

This brings me to one of the things which has been on my mind for a
while. At the top level, I have <nameofbank>-checking,
<nameofbank>-savings, stock, expenses, cash. The stock and expense
"accounts" show the balance for all of their subaccounts, which is
cool. However, when I double click on the "Expenses" line, it opens
up an "expenses register". I have no category called "expenses".
Expenses is just a parent category, where all entries go into a child
of expenses.

The reason this comes up now is when I quickfill in the "transfer
from" field with "a", the category which is quickfilled to is "auto",
when I was expecting to see Auto: Fuel.

Is there any way to make a parent category just a holder for those
below? This would change at least two things. One, when you 2x click
on the title in the account window, it would act as if you had hit the
+- indicator over on the left hand side. Also, those accounts would
not be actual account names in the quickfill "account list".
