As I warned, a pretty basic "user" question...

Currently, I have four accounts managed under GnuCash in three different
currencies (which are CYP, USD and LIT). I put the currency information
in the account record, but neverthless for every transaction and every
balance I get the dollar sign attached to the number, and moreover in
the main window gnucash attempts a 'sum' of different currencies with
funny results (I wish I'd really exchange 1 Italian lira for 1 US
Dollar...)

I'm using the rpm-packaged version (gnucash-1.2.5-1.i386.rpm from
gnucash.org) on a RedHat Linux 6.0+updates.

Thanks
Alessio
