Muahahaha... Little do you suspect that in my secret laboratories,
amidst bubbling shiny things and things that have cushions, I have
replacements for the profit and loss and balance reports nearly
working. The solution I'm using probably isn't the one we'll settle
on long-term, but it's no uglier than the current eperl solution, is
handled entirely in guile, and preserves as much customizability (for
the non-programmer) as we had with the eperl templates. It wasn't all
that much work, so I figured I'd just get it done, so we can have
reports working again and remove the eperl/perl dependency, and then
we can discuss how this architecture should be enhanced or improved.

Hopefully I'll get some time in the next week to finish that up and
generate a diff for Dave to include in his big patch. I can't
generate a diff against current CVS because my mods in part lay on top
of Daves. That patch will also have the shiny-new quickfill fixes.

Aren't there any decent html->ps translators? It would be really easy
to spit out latex tables, etc, but we don't want to require latex...

I could also spit out raw postscript, but though I know enough
postscript to do it, I really don't want to get into the layout
business right now...
