Actually, I think we're going to switch to using guile for the report
generation so we can drop the ePerl requirement and more fully
integrate reports, but we'll still support some sort of "template
file" mechanism, so you won't need to write scheme to create new
report types unless you want to do something really fancy.  Linas and
I discussed this a little while ago but haven't done anything about it
yet.
