The web/mail server was moved this previous weekend to a server at
linuxmall.com. The FTP has been left on the old server. This is why
you see the difference. Your DNS appear to be correct.
The following is how it should resolve:
www.gnucash.org -> 209.38.172.37
ftp.gnucash.org -> 207.235.6.190
ns.gnucash.org -> 207.235.6.190
mail.gnucash.org -> 209.38.172.37
Hope this helps anyone having problems right now.
