There is a slight problem here with slink.  Two of the gnome libraries
in slink depend on Guile 1.2, libguilegtk0 and libgtop0.  The
gnome-panel package depends on libgtop0 - a package most people who
install gnome are going to want.  Presumably these libraries
could be rebuilt to depend on guile1.3, but I haven't had time to try
it (exams . . . )

If nobody else volunteers, I'll have a go, but it'll be at least two
weeks before I can work on it (and as it'll be my first Debian package 
it'll probably take a while).
