So the first step of [1] is complete (or close enough). A new locale for quz_PE has been filed with glibc http://sourceware.org/bugzilla/show_bug.cgi?id=15887 I will chase this through to a final commit, but I expect we will have it in the next glibc release. Now Wile and his team will need to complete the other steps in [1].
