We are being confused in bug 330915 over if marking a previously unmarked message for translation is breaking the string freeze and needs approval or not. I thought I knew it all, but it seems that I can't decide from the available descriptions if the patch needs gnome-i18n's approval or it only needs notification. Would someone more enlightened than me please clarify? The bug is:
