These drivers, as you see, have abysmal 2d acceleration for the operations that Docky uses, although you can change some settings to make it work better. If I remember correctly, running "nvidia-settings -a InitialPixmapPlacement=2" and then restarting Do, but this isn't saved across sessions. The nvidia-glx-180 drivers set this by default.
