Hello, I'm studying a protein in water at 348 K. In the equilibration phase (nvt, 1 ns) the temperature starts at about 348 K, and i can't see the slowly increase of the temperature. I can't understand why the temperature is so high at the beginning. Could anyone help me?
Thanks. -- View this message in context: http://gromacs.5086.x6.nabble.com/starting-temperature-equilibration-phase-tp5010365.html Sent from the GROMACS Users Forum mailing list archive at Nabble.com. -- gmx-users mailing list gmx-users@gromacs.org http://lists.gromacs.org/mailman/listinfo/gmx-users * Please search the archive at http://www.gromacs.org/Support/Mailing_Lists/Search before posting! * Please don't post (un)subscribe requests to the list.
