Why do you want to use GCC 3.4 instead of the default compiler of the
distribution which is GCC 4.1.2 invoked with gcc?

The path for the C preprocessor seems to be wrong, the right one in
Fedora is /usr/bin/cpp .

Also Fedora 7 went EOL a couple of weeks ago, so you should consider
upgrading to a supported distribution..
