No there is no restriction
I got two levels of category but when i'm trying to open a ticket that
fits on the rule, i got mysqld process 100% of CPU and 70% of CPU on
httpd process and the ticket is not opened anyway.
If you do not set SLA you have no trouble ?
Could you give us the exact SLA configuration ?
