We share your opinion on the current status of GLPI.
That's why the 0.80 version is planned to add several features linked to 
the ITIL issue.

A lot of specifications on all issues have been done this summer during 
our development camp.

Some of them are in english, the other in french (online translators 
will do the job I think)
