Hi all.

I've recently had a hard drive failure and had to restore from Gitlab from
backup. The service is back online and I can login (I'm the admin).
However, all other users are not able to login at all. After they enter
their email and password and click the login button, nothing happens. If
they try to reset their passwords, they are informed that the email address
doesn't exist, yet I can see the user account (including email) in the User
section of the Admin pages. The user accounts are intact including their
SSH keys and I can login as them (sort of SU) from my admin account.

I've tried elevating one of the user accounts to admin, but they still
weren't able to login. What could be wrong? Any ideas?

I've searched the FAQ but did not see any mention of this issue.

Kind regards,
ak.
