New information: - I just rebooted the server, and now when I fork a project it completes in *seconds *(as expected). - I also learned from my users that this issue probably started before I upgraded the server to GitLab 8.1.4, which suggests the underlying cause of this could be at the OS-Level (CentOS 6.7)? In that case any ideas where I should look?
