Hi , I got an issue in testing a create project :
gitlab.create_project( name: repo_name, namespace_id: group_id, group_id: group_id, user_id: user_id, public: is_public) |*** Gitlab::Error::BadRequest Exception: Server responded with code 400, message: 'base' Can't save project. Please try again later, 'limit_reached' parameters are fine...
