Review Comment:
   Yes, I am sorry, I was referring to the `Drop` behavior -- JoinSet 
automatically handles calling Abort for all outstanding handles when the 
JoinSet is dropped
   
   Previously we had some troubles where tasks that were spawned didn't get 
cancelled when the stream was dropped -- this resulted in plans that didn't 
actually cancel
