Turns out that [CometBroadcastExchangeExec](https://github.com/apache/datafusion-comet/blob/0.7.0/spark/src/main/scala/org/apache/spark/sql/comet/CometBroadcastExchangeExec.scala) does not implement `outputPartitioning` method like what [BroadcastExchangeExec](https://github.com/apache/spark/blob/v3.5.5/sql/core/src/main/scala/org/apache/spark/sql/execution/exchange/BroadcastExchangeExec.scala#L95) does. This makes `EnsureRequirements` consider that the CometBroadcastExchange node does not satisfy the data distribution requirement of BroadcastHashJoin.
