## Which issue does this PR close? - Closes https://github.com/apache/datafusion/issues/15155 - Follow on to https://github.com/apache/datafusion/pull/15156 ## Rationale for this change I reviewed the CI coverage for datafusion's (many!) feature flag and it is haphazard -- for example it was not clear where to add a test for https://github.com/apache/datafusion/pull/15124 ## What changes are included in this PR?
