While testing my local Sail code with the latest commit on DataFusion's main branch, I encountered several breaking changes that may make DataFusion 45 a jarring upgrade for some users. Given the previous discussion about wanting to make releases less jarring (https://github.com/apache/datafusion/issues/13334#issuecomment-2552465244), I wanted to bring this to your attention, @alamb.
