[PR] Improve header size on summary page [datafusion-site]

   # Rationale
   This PR is mostly to test out the blog publishing pipleine from @timsaucer 
:heart:
   
   However, it is also fix something that annoys me unreasonably:

   1. Reduce header sizes in one of the articles

   I also double checked that even with the changed header the main article 
looks reasonable

   If this is an ok change, I will apply the same pattern to the other headings
