PR #2619 adds Python UDF support to the Python client. Schedulers and executors started from Python (`BallistaScheduler` / `BallistaExecutor`) always decode inline Python UDF payloads, which runs `cloudpickle.loads` on them. datafusion-python's `PythonLogicalCodec` and `PythonPhysicalCodec` have `with_python_udf_inlining(false)`, which makes the codec refuse pickled payloads. It would be nice to expose that as an option on `BallistaScheduler` and `BallistaExecutor`, so people who don't need Python UDFs can turn decoding off and close that path entirely.
