`CREATE OPERATOR CLASS` and `ALTER OPERATOR FAMILY ... ADD OPERATOR` share one private parser for optional `FOR SEARCH` and `FOR ORDER BY` clauses and their diagnostics. Addresses the operator-purpose parsing duplication tracked in https://github.com/apache/datafusion-sqlparser-rs/issues/2698.
