Rebased and addressed the remaining requests in `1ad78542da`. The scan guard now ignores V1 data filters when native row-filter pushdown is disabled, retaining the native scan. The same fixture asserts one native scan; the enabled row-filter control asserts fallback. The AQE test requires one broadcast join for INNER and BuildRight only for LEFT SEMI, and pins `(2, 0)` initial native/Spark aggregate counts for `max(k)`. All 9 focused suite tests pass on Spark 4.1.3, with current-source JVM compilation and the verified exact-base native library.
