Closing this as superseded by #25338, whose scope-aware nullability analysis also addresses the duplicate IN correlation described in #25480. That approach preserves the necessary safeguards where grouping sets or other plan nodes can reintroduce NULLs, unlike this PR\x27s boolean flag.
