MSSQL: Preserve nonreserved keyword column expressions `SELECT INTERVAL FROM dbo.example` currently fails, and bare `TRIM`/`SUBSTRING` can be interpreted as function prefixes. Use MSSQL prefix parsing for these nonreserved identifier spellings while retaining their parenthesized function forms. Keep dedicated TRIM/SUBSTRING ASTs, reject malformed function calls, and preserve existing interval-literal compatibility. Add projection, arithmetic, alias, predicate, function, and cross-dialect regressions.
