## Rationale for this change The patch b225ded7338459a356d6afaba2756aecce7f98db introduced a fix for the `LogicalPlanExtensionCodec::try_from_logical_plan`, apply the same approach for the deserialization part as this part also can lead to a stack overflow. ## What changes are included in this PR? - Wrap `try_into_logical_plan` with the recursive protection. - Keep `try_into_logical_plan` arms locals out of the recursive dispatcher frame to avoid a frame inflation in debug mode. ## What is the testing strategy for this PR?
