#4060 (050e1e2f7) added a "Spark 4.0, JDK 21" profile to the PR build matrix in .github/workflows/pr_build_linux.yml, and the spark-4.0 profile in pom.xml now tracks 4.0.4, so Spark 4.0 is built and tested on JDK 21 in CI.
