The bigger issue is less about how many PRs someone opens and more about how much confidence there is in each change. A quick risk check before opening a PR could help here, especially when an LLM has generated changes across different parts of a codebase. Things like dependencies, affected components, and potential production impact can be easy to miss when you're moving quickly.
