Hey @andygrove, Can you assign this one to me? I can clean up the ticket a bit more and work on this. I don't see why we cannot create the interfaces to ask spilling of native operators. I am going to look into the individual spillable operators in df first though because some have some nuance I think and it may not make sense to request a spill from them...Lmk if any thoughts about this.
