Dear colleagues, I am developing a new PhD-level research seminar on Global Environmental Politics scheduled for this fall. It is intended to be a core seminar for graduate students studying both IR and/or environmental politics. I have significant flexibility in the topics we address, and am interested in placing a significant emphasis on justice and equity issues in GEG, as well as introduce students to a variety of methodological approaches. At the same time, I intend to include some of the more classic works in GEP. What books and articles would you recommend along any of these lines?
I will return a compiled list to the listserv. Also, if you are willing to share any of your syllabi for similar PhD courses, I would be very grateful! Thank you in advance for your suggestions!
