The APSA deadline is 15 December. Please submit your paper proposal to the STEP division. APSA is seeking to equalize acceptance rates across divisions. Hence, the larger number of proposals a division receives, the larger number of panels the division will be allocated. And the division-wise allocation for the 2015 conference will be based on submissions for the 2015 conference, and not on historical data. So please propose a paper/panel for the 2015 APSA, and please submit your proposal to the STEP division.
